I’m a Motion Designer based in the Chicago area with a BFA in Graphic Design from Liberty University and over four years of experience in motion graphics, video production, animation, and multimedia creation. Passionate about filmmaking and content creation, I specialize in tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, and Photoshop.

When I was in high school, I was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma, a rare bone cancer. I had loved movies and visual effects (VFX) since childhood, so when the Make-A-Wish Foundation reached out, I knew exactly what I wanted: a Macbook Pro and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite. These tools became my creative outlet during long hospital stays, which often lasted several days.

Extended hospital visits gave me a lot of time to explore my new laptop and develop new skills. Motivated by my passion for movies and VFX, I began teaching myself Blender and Adobe’s suite of applications. I quickly established a routine: learning and creating when I felt well, and resting when chemotherapy left me drained.

After completing treatment in September 2017, I applied the skills I honed during those hospital visits to professional projects. I’ve filmed, edited, and produced commercials, advertisements, and other content while also running a small YouTube channel for fun.
